The ground floor can be used as a rental/shop, leaving you with 9 units.
The footprint is 20X30.
Each unit has a balcony, tintable glass and lockable doors, and is divided into three rooms. Each unit is controlled with a keyserver that can be set up with your resident as a user. As the owner of the build, you can remove and add residents to the keyserver, giving them access to windows and doors for their unit. Once they leave, simply remove them from the keyserver and they'll be locked out of the unit.
This is a rustic, build incorporating urban grunge textures.
At this time, there are no teleport/rental systems with transfer rights. Like with any highrise build, as the owner you will need to purchase a teleport and rental board system to give your residents access to their unit. I highly recommend Lestat Llewelyn's system as it's easy to set up and you can allow your residents to pay their rent and TP from the same board.
