► If you have a custom job/store related question for me hop in my box at any time

► Referrals for custom makeovers grant you one on the house.

► I'm not an agency nor do I have a team of people working with me. Please allow me 24h-48h to get back to you and schedule an appointment (this does not necessarily mean we will begin working the same day).

► If you loose/break your custom order I will help you revive it at no additional cost, provided adequate notice is given well in advance and that we work together to efficiently find time to fix it.

► You have 12h to change your mind and receive a full refund. After that, once we begin working on your order a cancellation fee of 10% will be deducted from your total.

► I reserve the right to terminate the service for any valid reason.

► If you are unsure about one thing or another, always ask upfront. I will do my best to accommodate any request within reason.
