This voucher entitles you to a full sim (65536 sq m) design/creation by Luna Bliss as well as an initial consultation to discuss your sim plans.

***NOTE This is not a simple terrain or .raw file commonly purchased in SL that only creates the shape of an island - this is a complex/detailed sim utilizing the terrain of your island, but also includes waterfalls, ponds, streams, lush and unique plantlife, walkways, caves, and high-quality structures. (gazebos, hot tubs, swings, other garden accessories). *Homes, apartments, stores, and offices must be chosen from our extensive existing stock.
I approach sims like a landscape painting rather than a construction project. All aspects - starting with shape and texture of the terrain, through the water, plants, rocks, and other elements - blend together as a seamless whole. This integration is the most crucial part of beauty. Even the homes I choose are part of the painting, built to optimize shape and color to match the whole island.

I also have sims that rez from a box in minutes. These are less expensive than custom sims, and are great if you want a sim completed in minutes (custom designs can take weeks).
