Cute but not a Raptor
These sound like the dilophosaurus during the Dennis Nedry scene of JP1. Not at all close to a raptor. It's cute just wrong species.
Does Not Sound Like A Dinosaur
This bumper does not sound at all like a dinosaur, but a whistle. It sounds like someone used a slide whistle and simple made it go up and down once as well as just blew into it like a mad man... Would not recommend this bumper for any dinosaur/raptor avis.

Very cute! However, those aren't raptor noises. Those are sounds from the Dilophosaurus X3
