Some really nifty cyber boots I made.
Yes, they're rigged mesh. Yes, you can tint them. There are two faces: the boot itself (black in the image) and the glowy stuff (blue in the image).
They will look flat unless you are on a materials-capable viewer. You're free to modify them so they don't look so flat, but I strongly recommend upgrading. It'll make your life a lot easier.
