Best Bargain of the year.
So, I have a new Alien avatar, and she needed/wanted an Alien Avatar home. The one I wanted was L$ 7500. Wanted, couldn't afford it so I bought this one.
Best purchase ever. It's the perfect size, low in prim, inexpensive and the door scripts work perfectly. Texturing is good. Here's the thing though. It is so very, very easy to mod. Happy that I saved L$ 7300 and found a perfectly workable solution.
