CyberHOMES - Elegance D1024 v1.0 - Delivery Box Version 1.1

The Elegance D1024 has been designed to be the ideal home balancing modern designs with basic building elements to give a home that will fit easily within the confines of a 1024 sq metre land parcel (350 Prims) - which is equivalent to the amount of land tier entitlement included in Second Life Premium membership.

The Elegance Model D1024 home is designed to fit on a rectangular land parcel of 32m x32m (1024 sq metre) whilst still giving ample exterior living spaces. The prim count of the home (126) has also been kept to a minimum so as to leave the owner with a generous prim margin to decorate and furnish their home.

This modern three story home design incorporates earthy tones and textures, rock mosaic 'feature' columns and beams, stylish blue tinted glass, grey speckled aluminium windows and doors, modern white roller shutters, an elegant spiral staircase enclosed in a semi circular glass structure, wide open balconies, a calming blue flowing water feature swimming pool and it signature feature, the architecturally inspired flat roof. This home design included a modern stylish garage with a TouchLock garage door controller.

Also, not as obvious as the stunning design elements but praiseworthy in itself, the Elegance includes many technological features embedded in the design which were crafted exclusive for CyberHOMES by our sister technology company,
CyberGuy Technologies.

TouchLight - The lighting control system activated by Touching a downlight.
TouchLock - Doors can be locked and unlocked by a simple TOUCH HOLD action.
TouchMorph - By a simple Touch, Wall and Window Panels can change into various combinations of Window/Shutter/Wall and also interior wall colour by the use of Specific Key Words (eg Red, Blue, Brown) or Specific HEX COLOUR CODES (eg #8000C0) placed in the wall's Object Description.

Specific Operating Instructions Documentation for each is included seperately in this folder and also in the Contents Tab of the part of the home utilizing this technology.

For further customisation your home is modifiable so that any person who is semi experienced with Second Life object editing can stretch, colour or change the home to better suit the land size or their own personal tastes. (Embedded Scripts are Copy only and not modifiable)

This new design features a swimming pool and expansive entertaining terrace on the third floor.

Finally we offer our new home buyers free installation assistance (by appointment only). Should more customisation be required then this is available at a small fee commiserate to the work involved.
