The Gran Sabana, also known as Guianan savannah, is a region located in southeastern Venezuela.

The location offers one of the most unusual landscapes in the world, with rivers, waterfalls and gorges, deep and vast valleys, impenetrable jungles and savannahs that host large numbers and varieties of plant species, a diverse fauna and the plateaus better known as "tepuis".

Here I offer you a patch of Cyrilla racemiflora over a rocks (the three rocks in the picture are not included), one of the unusual plants found on the Auyan-tepui, the table top mountain where Angel's Fall is located.
