30 Dirty ALPHA Overlays- These are transparent textures that you lay over other textures for added effects. Take an average texture apply one of these layers to the top and completely change the effect to a life like dirty effect. Add shading and or dirt to your builds. Add a coffee stain to a counter or some dirt to a wall.

You can also download these to your computer and overlay them on your photos- *hint hint flickr people.
