Landimpact can change if you resize it. It will also increase, if you unlink the whole house at once. So if you want to edit single parts better unlink just those linked objects.

Footsize: about 32.6 x 29.6
(including the stairs)
Free Footprint-Object available at the shop and demo area!
You can resize the whole house by stretching it with the edit tool.

Modify:
The house appears as no modify in your inventory. That's just because of the door scripts, the structure however is all modify.

Fireplace is included (just click it to switch fire on/off).

- fixed a part, so it is stretchable smaller now too
