This build is an add on to the Linden Lab Log home Mountaineer.
This add on is 42 LI and contains the following:
-sidewalks connecting front and back on both sides
-covered side porch (with hollow for hot tub on either
end)
*To fill in the hollow, edit linked part, select the prim
with the hollow, and reduce the hollow number to
0.0000.
*To create a hollow on either end, edit linked part,
select the prim you want to hollow, and increase
the hollow number to fit.
-covered upper back deck
-open back deck
-screened porch
-plants in front between sidewalk and cabin
-sidewalks / rails

Looks great once set up. No instructions included, so here's a tip that will make things way easier for you.
I got a bit frustrated after I bought this and realized there were no setup instructions when I was having issues getting it aligned with my house. If, like me, you rez this product and you can't rotate it to be oriented to your house, make sure you use the manual rotation controls in the Edit menu since the rotation tool will just throw you an error telling you that rotating isn't allowed (or something like that. I'm paraphrasing). Change the Z Rotation to 90, 180, or -90, whatever you need it to be for the back deck to actually line up properly with the back of your house (In my case, it was 180, but it really depends on how your personal home is positioned). Then you should be able to use the movement tools like normal to adjust the X and Y position until it's snugly attached to your house.
