This is an add on build for the Linden Lab Home Continental

Thank you for considering D-vine Designs (DD) LH Continental add on DELUXE. This add on is copy/mod, and is 102 prims. It will transform your Continental LH into a Victorian style home, featuring complete wrap around porch, 2 story octagon shaped bonus rooms, with patio doors leading to porch on 1st level and the LARGE BALCONY on the 2nd floor. There is an added kitchen and rear entry foyer at the foot of the stairs in the 1st level bonus room/

The original 2nd floor room has an added wall to create a bedroom and bath. There are lots of windows and plenty of space, working windows, and the texture change which will allow you to select the exterior color you wish from the LH textures.

Also included in the package is the stand alone garage, also with texture change.

The added components are:
- Wrap around porch
- Large balcony
- 1st bonus room/octagon 1st floor with stairs and patio doors to the porch
- 2nd bonus room/octagn 2nd floor with patio doors to the balcony
- 3rd bonus room (kitchen) connects original house to the octagon bonus rooms 1 & 2
- 4th bonus room created with wall and doors in the original second floor room
- Shutters
- Pitched roof (fixed 12/9)
- Wainscoting
- Lots of windows (open/close)
- Texture change - the exterior walls change to any of the LH siding textures by clicking and selecting from the menu.

*Just listed the Deluxe II which has converted the lower bonus room into an enclosed room (bedroom) and added a bathroom in hallway from kitchen to the back door. Before you purchase, have a look and see which version suites you best.
