Tattoo comes with Omega system applier and legacy layer that also works with BOM
Applier will work with all mesh bodies that the Omega system is compatible with.
*** It is my understanding (to date) that the Omega system does not work with TMP avatars *** HOWEVER: You can obtain relays for most all mesh avatars at their individual creators stores or the Omega main store.

Relays: Wear it the same time as the applier and the applier will then put the design on the avatar. That's all you need to do.
Tattoos work on both male and female avatars
If you have any issues or questions regarding your individual mesh avatar, you have to contact the creator.
When wearing the applier, choose "tattoo" layer. It will work with bra/top buttons as well but does not turn out as intended and will look like garbage. USE THE TATTOO OPTION
