BoM- Fashion is super easy to wear. Once you have a BoM-Ready Dinkie avatar you just chose the BoM item you want to wear from your inventory and ADD it. Yay, done! To take it off just choose the item from your inventory again, right-click and choose TAKE OFF.
BOM Layers stack upon each other in the order you add them. If you add undies last you might have to overthink your style :P
