These BoM-tights go under any skirt and dress - you can even wear these under your pants and shorts. Kelly BoM tights are plain and semi-transparent.
There is a second style of these tights called Odette which come with a ladder under your knee :)

BoM- Fashion is super easy to wear. Once you have a BoM-Ready Dinkie avatar you just chose the BoM item you want to wear from your inventory and ADD it. Yay, done! To take it off just choose the item from your inviéntory again, right-click and choose TAKE OFF.
