The fence is formed as a wave, each part is in mesh but one pole is in prim. So ech part is only 0,5 prim.
All fence you can see at the first picture is 9 prims when conected. conect every thing or it will be 1 prim each.
You even got a sign for the Fence to put your name in (make it with transparent background) And you get a flowers on on ov the fence parts, (3 prims for that fence standing alone)
The gate is in 4 items and have 2 prims alone.

You might need to reinstall the door script for the gates, information to do that is in the script.
