⭐ STORE POLICY ⭐
Being a reseller of Gacha items rather than a creator myself means there are a lot of limitations to what I can and cannot do for you.
What I Can Do:
✔️ Sell you amazing items at fantastic prices! Most of my items are sold at-cost, which means I actually lose a little money since the marketplace takes a fee for sales. Why would I do that? To get it out of my inventory and into yours! And hopefully recoup a little of the funds I spent on it.
✔️ Do what I can to make it right should you purchase an item that turns out to be empty. Please contact MorganMyst should this be the case and I’ll see what I can do for you.
What I Cannot Do:
❌ Replace a lost item
❌ Re-deliver an item
❌ Fix an item
❌ Refund an item because you didn’t like it, purchased the wrong version, lost it, broke it, etc.

❓ How do I know what item I’m getting?
See the picture for a “key” of possible items, then see the product title which will indicate which item you will receive.
❓ Why was my purchase not in the original packaging?
Occasionally I will re-package an item I purchased because I opened it to see what it was. If I do so, I try to texture the box with the gacha key image. Don’t worry, everything that came in the box, will be in the box.
❓ What do I do if I need help with the item? It doesn’t look right, doesn’t fit, is broken, etc.
You will need to contact the creator of the item. If you need help figuring out who the creator is, let me know and I’ll assist you.
❓ I tried to rez the item but I got a pop up message that it could not be rezzed, and now it’s gone!
This is a common “bug” in Second Life. It’s not actually gone, just hiding in your inventory. In order to see it again, you’ll need to log out and log back in. If for some reason it’s not in the folder it started in, search by keyword in your inventory and/or check your Received Items, Objects, or Lost and Found folders.
❓ When I rezzed the box it said something about points? What’s that about?
Some gacha events allow you to exchange the item in return for points that you can then spend on special exclusive items during that particular round of event. If you have made a purchase during the current round that it’s from, you’ll have a script pop up with an option to Redeem for Points, or Keep The Item. Redeeming for points WILL take your item away so be very careful which button you press!
If you purchased an item you were hoping to redeem for points, and the round of the event that the item is from has passed, you will not receive the points for it and there is nothing I can do to help, sorry!
