This a dock and awning KIT. I made it his way because of the different homes and parcel sizes. Everything is mod and copy. If you have the square parcel you can use the whole kit. If you have the long narrow parcel just use the front deck and make the side deck more narrow. To change textures get them from the life ring that is on your house and drag and drop them. Enjoy!

Useful Kit
I have been able to build a second deck with a slight L shape corner for the Santiago stilt house. I used the texture I had to match the decking and a worn white wood I had in inventory. Very useful kit. Thank you!
