I bought some molding from a different company. I was putting it up the way i wanted it and noticed how much the land impact was. I was scared to get a different mesh one. I picked up this set and so happy. It gives you different choices and not a huge land impact. If anyone is have that same issue, please get this.

Great Set
I am not really sure what that last reviewer was speaking of. I bought this set anyway because I buy regularly from this creator and I know that their stuff is great. I stretched the molding literally half the length of a gigantic house and it still remained at 1 LI. I mean, what more can you ask for? Also, the quality is great, with so many different styles included in this set. I think proper credit is deserved here. Great work as always
Read before you buy! Description is a little decieving.
Very nicely done, but wasn't happy about the LI/prims it took just to do one room. Would of been 20 stars if the LI didn't go up when you stretched them in size (as in making them longer not wider) so its defeats the purpose. The add says 0.5LI as long as your making a very very small room. A waste of lindens. But the creator made a very nice set of unusable molding.
Just what I needed
These are great and I love the price. Comes with texture maps for easy editing. Thank you. :)
Looks OK in plain textures but .............
Looks OK in plain textures/color but near impossible to apply a pattern texture due to almost complete lack of individual faces.
