100% awesome product!!!!

@ 3m tall it becomes 20 Prims with the wrong stretch and you can only do corner box stretches.
You canot make it taller without making it wider and the prims go through the roof the larger you go.
It is sold the smallest it can be at one prim, any change larger and it's higher prim.
You cannot stretch it in only one direction, the full edit box does not appear for this item.
Pervious review not honest as changing size does indeed change detail alot as you change size.
There is good reason the flame isn't shown in the pics... it's really sad and doesn't look like flame at all, just red smoke.
The script is an all in one job that does everything with lenghty code cramming both the lighting of the object and the particle effects into one large script, so desripting is a must to put out multiple torches and then you can't turn them on or off anymore.
The scripts do not work well in linkset either.
It is also amazingly 'laggy', usually I have 30-45FPS, and when I look directly at the flame it drops all the way down to below 20, down to 5 when first turned on.
If you put the torches too close together you get sound collisions from the sound effects and there is nothing in the script to prevent this, so if your putting out multiple torches delete the sound lines from the script before you delete the script or you will get sound collisions.
The fire might be red, but the light the torches put out is pure white, bright, and way too high a radius with little fall off, so you will need to know how to edit the lighting numbers in the script to get it to look at right in the dark.
This is not for inexperienced builders, to get it to look as good will require good knowledge about lighting from objects and scripting.

The way the other reviews specfically speak highly of the flaws of the product (perfect light when it's far from it, best craftsmanship in SL, no changes on size change) leads me to believe they are fake reviews.

Very nice torches. They're nicely detailed and give off the perfect light. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because when you link them together only the one with the root prim in it will light. A little bothersome as I have to leave each one a separate linkset in my builds, but they're still an excellent torch for the money.

Finally I have found a nice torch. It looks great and the sound is not so over power that you can't hear anything else. So happy to change out my old torches for these. Thanks!
