Elegant style nightclub/bar with a low LI and price.

Large and elegant style Bar/Nightclub. Has open floor concept for dancing, etc. Plenty of room to put tables, chairs, etc along walls if desired. There is also a stage and nice bar area. At end of bar there is a spiral staircase that leads to a room/area above the bar that can be used for management/VIP/ entertainment, etc. Room above bar is also a one way mirror. You can view out from room, but others can not see in.
