High impact but it absorbs Land impact ;)

I was almost dissuaded by the previous review but the craftsmanship is unbeatable, it's gorgeous and nothing else fits the circular space I'm trying to fill in the same amazing way. That being said I went ahead and purchased it besides the 31 li. I have been able to link many items to it at minor additional impact cost which is a total win for me. Would love the creator to figure out how to get those pesky poly counts down but otherwise it would be a full 5 stars.

High prim

Design is well made and highly detailed, but I simply cant justify 31 prims for a reception desk, even if you downsize it , it still remains same prim value. No where did it state that it was this high primed item.
