Started thinking outside the box literally, and decided to go with something round. (my karate version of a roundhouse, just for kicks ;).
LI/25 with a footprint of aprox. 18mx24m.
1ST FLOOR--has front porch area, living room, dinning room, kitchen with area for pantry, and staircase that leads up to 2nd floor.
2ND FLOOR- has large bedroom with a 2 way ceiling where you can view out but no-one can see in. There is also an area for a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. From the bedroom there is a hallway that leads to an area that could be used for a desk, office, reading nook, etc., and a door that leads out to a covered deck area.
