This HUD Gives you many extra options.
You can make the HUD bigger or smaller by clicking on the cogwheel, and then via the menu increase or decrease the size.
you can click on the colour picker to change the colour to colour you like,
In the colour-picker you also have the options to make it semi or fully alpha (transparent)
You can click the textured buttons so that texture will be on the clothing.
You can also add some shine & glow (this may be nice for some photo effects)
and you can set it Full Bright with the red button (it will turn green when you have Full Bright on
If you click on the X it will detach the HUD
