Built for the Blue Ranger for use in his battle against evil. Painted completely black with an image of the Blue Ranger on the side cowling, with a picture of the Triceratops Power Coin on the front fender and the Triceratops Coin embedded in the fuel cap.
The horn is the Power Rangers them with the sound of the Blue Ranger morphing.Touching the tank also plays another clip of the Power Rangers Theme
