The Moorside Cottage is a rustic one bedroom + upstairs half loft house with a large stretcharound patio!

It's 16 Land Impact and has working physics for the roof etc included. All shutters work by right click-> touch & the door is Kool Door scripted for people using roleplay door servers.

Sitting on the house will also place you on the upstairs loft.

I am 'to scale' which means my avi isnt 8 ft tall like most of sl. This makes it hard for me to find houses I dont have to try and size down. This cottage is the perfect size for the average size lil person. Its got such a 'Mountain Life Cottage' or 'Medieval House' vibe and I love that it can do BOTH. It's my go-to house for sure.
I dont really mind that you cant climb the latter, I put a bath up there and the DDD fur dividers so its like a 'washroom' type thing, and I tell people if they need to get up there cam and sit on the bench by the sink. Its never really been a problem if you have decent camming skills. Also helps so people cant just waltz up into your bathroom.

This house is amazing. Nice look, resizable, modifiable, to an extent. However, the loft is a waste of space, as you cant use it. the claim that "Sitting on the house will also place you on the upstairs loft." is not true. Also, I contacted the maker to ask about it and never heard back. Poor customer service. So, 5 stars for the build, but... Assuming your okay with the lack of customer service this is a good purchase.
