Very cute little storefront!
As always, I love the low prim count and texture-change options in this build! Anke is one of my favorite designers for a reason! Excellent price. Lovingly textured. A real winner.
That said... I would have taken a few more prims in exchange for the ability to modify it a bit more. It does have modify perms, but the build is so tightly and well constructed that I can't really deconstruct it to rearrange some pieces and expand the building - which is what I had intended to do. Still an awesome build. If you want exactly what you see, then you won't be disappointed! But if you want to modify things a bit to better fit an odd parcel, then this build is not for you.
