The Deco Apartment Tower has 6 floors with 2 apartments per floor, giving you 12 rentable units. Each apartment is 20X20 meters and features one-way glass that residents can see out of, but outsiders cannot see into. Each apartment has a 20X8 meter balcony, and the doors operate on the Paskis' door system so each can be set to a different channel to make renting easy. I've included the notecard that walks you through door setups, including how to link it to the Hippo rental system.
The exterior and interior textures are from the same set, utilizing an Art Deco design. The floors are a rich hardwood, and the ceilings are a complimenting pressed tin texture.
The building is crated using the Rez-Foo system for easy rezzing and placement.
The apartment comes with copy and modify rights. Rez as many crates as you like!
