Reconstruction of the magnificent building built by a famous signature restaurant at the beginning of last century, located between Williams Street and Beaver in the current business area of Manhattan in New York.
358 prims perfectly matched by Rezz Faux System.
With the possibility that it may be modified to accommodate any type of activity in the virtual world.

There are 15 spaces marked, distributed over 8 floors. over the ground floor, home to the famous restaurant in town.
When we proposed this work we set a goal of fact not to exceed the amount of 500 prims. And the end is achieved.
Update 460 prims. Finally, February 2013 only 358 prims. (convex parts, sculpts and normal prims)

its ok
Good mesh, good design, but the LOD is very low even on highest setting it deconstructs. The texture quality isn't that great. I wouldn't say its a 6K building by any means.
Nice historical piece
I've been a customer of CVR for many years and was glad when I saw this classic hotel in mesh. It's a wonderful period piece and if that's the theme of your sim then it might be for you. I have only one disappointment and that's that at any distance the prims all deform, walls disappear etc. And I have my rendervolumeLODfactor set at 4.00. Just be aware of that if you want to take pics of your sim at any distance this hotel is going to have big holes in it. If you only want to view it from up close then its great.
