Since the skirt is long and the body is squishy, you will need to change your shape and maybe try different AO's so the skirt won't stretch or poke too much :)
Adjust your "HIP WIDTH" if your legs are poking too much between the skirt.
Edit your shape, and under the legs settings,
change your HIP WIDTH to at least 30.
