You can switch your body shape between [flat] or [chest] by using your tweenster HUD (on the alpha section), to fit the different top sizes.
Pants and Shoes need alphas, they will apply auto alphas if you're on a land with scripts enabled and have this option activated on your hud, otherwise you will need to apply alphas manually.
