DEMO Tuty CHIKA SKIN for Lelutka Ryn head BOM

I demoed this in the store so I was not naked...But since it is advertised a BOM skin one would assume it was properly fixed ie the nailbeds on the feet and fingers so I wasn't looking there....WRONG,,,the nailbeds on the feet and hands look like a classic skin..I have tried it on 2 different Bodies (Legacy classic & Maitreya)..same result. ALSO the nipples are in the wrong place..they are way too high. I have followed the instruction to contact for customer support 2x and left a message on the feed of the CSR page. This has been going on since FEB and not even a response.
