Not sure what the Toothy choice was supposed to do but having him smile with Simple Smile HUD was exactly the same with or without Toothy choice
Almost perfect skin
Zanzo has as allways pretty nice made skins to offer. The faces of those skins are pretty nice and the ears look also pretty good. The upper body is nice shaded, but the nipples are pretty big for the 10yrs old shape and not round (btw, the head of the is much to small besides that). The legshades are to strong. The skin looks like a 14-16 yrs old boy i would say.
