The Keuring halter is named for the Keuring event at which Friesian horses are inspected by officials for the Dutch Friesian studbook. Representatives visit select locations around the world to inspect horses and declare their fitness for admission to the Studbook based on movement and conformation.

Friesians are first inspected as weanlings and then, typically again as three year olds, although they can be judged at any time. A special inspection is available for the very best mares in the world at the age of seven.

Keuring halters are used to show these horses, are traditionally white, and vary from the standard halters seen in that they lack a noseband but substitute a bit and chain for head control.

This halter is ideally fitted for the BCQH's regular shape but it is modify/copy permissions so you can resize it if need be.

There is an optional leash relay wearable object included; this is basically a scripted invisible prim over your nose so your chosen person can click your muzzle and get a lead option. You can wear this independently of the halter, so your person can lead you regardless of if you're wearing the halter or not. The attach point is the chin and it's also mod if you need to make it larger or smaller; you will need to turn on Highlight Transparent to see it in your viewer (CTRL-ALT-T).

The default access level for the menus is not public since open-access RLV relays if you have RLV enabled in your viewer is not recommended! If you wish to designate an owner, or make your halter public or group access, click the relay and select 'access' to change it.
