Now after a year or more I am back with a NEW low prim balloon tower.
These mesh balloons give you 12 balloons for a super low 4 prim. these towers stand taller then most avis to give your celebrations an impressive air.
They use material settings to allow you sheer balloons with a shine, something previously impossible. If you want them solid they are mod so you can adjust to your liking.
