Design Holmes :: Two-Story Town House

This town house has plenty of space, featuring an open living space and three bedrooms. The home has quality materials and fully optimized textures rendered at high detail for 'Advanced Lightening Model' mode. The pictures above were taken in SL with the setting enabled; No filters were used.

1st floor: Contains a Living room, bathroom, small bedroom with closet, and kitchen.

2nd floor: Two spacious bedrooms.

The house comes in several colors: Red, Blue, Green, and Grey.

The homes are full mod and lights throughout. All scripts are custom.

To minimize scripts and avoid lag, the lights are all controlled by a single light switch next to front door, for a total of two scripts. The NC inside light fixture is modifiable in case you want to change who has permission to turn lights on. The current settings is public. Optionally; you may unlink the lights and use invisible light prims.
