but a UV map instead of faces on walls? most people just want faces to build out a home.

DON'T NOT WASTE YOUR LINDEN

I wouldn't waste your linden on these, most of the doorways are not accessible unless made transparent, to text the surfaces you need to do a whole lot of extra work in photoshop or some other graphic program, there are better ones on mp than this.
