This Windlight comes with separate Sky and Water, use them both in combination to achieve the look pictured, or mix and match them for varied results.
As with any EEP files, this one can be used anywhere as your personal Windlight or you can set it in your parcel for everyone to see using Shared Environment, even if they don't own this Windlight.
Built with the last few minutes of the day in mind, this Windlight comes with a thick atmosphere that just about completely occludes the setting sun and is part of the Spirit of Eclectic collection.
