[] A new apartment block that is modular, you can adjust how many floors it is, from a two story building to a skyscraper.

[] A large Arabic hotel sign to place on the sides of buildings, comes by default with a normal yellow sign and a glowing neon version.

[] Elevated highway sections, these match my Middle eastern roads pack and allow you to create a modular elevated highway across your sim, this includes 3 road sections and a graffitied support beam.

[] A simple flood gate, this can be used to create and underpass where a river flows under a city block.
