Might not be what you think you are getting
Although It says Permissions: Copy Modify Transfer nothing is modifiable even the textures. I don't have a clue what they meant about tutorial other than rez 5 prims and copy textures and script into them is the tutorial. (it was longer but basically that was it) nor can you change time zones. Script doesn't seen to use not cards and its not modifiable either. $400 Lindens down the drain in my opinion.
