Edit: Just adding that this is something you can do to turn any head with mod permissions bom
this is just a note card with instructions you can refer back to easily, but I'll put it here as well:
1. Select your asr head, right click edit
2. select 'select face' and click 'edit linked'
3. in the build menu, click the arrows until you have the head, not any applier layers, selected
4. click the texture 'under materials'
5. click bake
6. selected BAKED_HEAD
now you need a head tat/skin/texture. They exist on the mp or you could make one yourself.
do the same for the ears too

other things:
-make a copy of the head just in case. you really cant mess this up esp not forever but it could help some people to remember to do that
- if theres something weird with the alphas, mess with the alpha mode
The Guide great but...
One small issue is the default texture for the =ASR= head. It needs to be set to blank first before setting it to baked or else the texture will conflict with any bom skin you use, thus causing a disappearing head glitch when zooming in and out.
