DJ INFO SCHEDULE SYSTEM Version 1.2

The DJ INFO SCHEDULE SYSTEM starts according to your plan every two hours, always at the odd SLT times (1, 3, 5… o’clock), playing the stream of the DJs scheduled for that time and also synchronizing the info boards in the club as well as the DJ Tip Jar. In this way, the entire week can be covered, repeating if no changes are made.
A worry‑free, varied program is thus completely automated in your club.

The system is ready for use immediately with 10 different DJs and genres.

However, you can change everything in the notecards.
Follow these simple steps to set up your system.

What You Need Is in the BOX:
(1) DJ INFO SCHEDULE PLANNER 1.1: (no Copy)
Inside, you’ll find the notecards for each day of the week (Monday bis Sunday) containing the desired DJ information: Name, Stream URL, Genre, Texture UUID.
It controls the

(2) STREAM BOX(EN) (Copy/Transfer), which you can give to the landowner (region owner) so that he can set it up,

the

(3) DISPLAYS (Copy), which show the current DJ with their program (or any texture you enter in the notecards by its UUID)

as well as the

(4) TIP JARS (Copy), which transfer all donated money to you, unless the DJ logs in. In that case, he receives 90% (10% goes to you).

ATTENTION: Please note SL’s range restrictions: the DISPLAYS (3) and the TIP JARS (4) must not be more than 100 meters away from the transmitter (1).

Adjusting Notecards for Each Day of the Week:
Open the notecard:
Double‑click the notecard to edit it.
Enter DJ data:
Format: DJ Name,Stream URL,Genre,Texture UUID
Example:
(Attention: Do NOT change the order of the lines starting with “#”. The script reads them chronologically and ALWAYS starts at 01:00 SLT.)

Save the notecard:
Click Save after you have made all changes.

ATTENTION:

If you are NOT the landowner:
Transfer a copy of (2) Stream Box to the landowner. Only if the box is set up by him can the stream in the region be changed. He can simply place it anywhere.

Upon the first rez and when selecting “Start” in the menu of (1), all read data will appear in the owner’s chat.
A confirmation message, e.g.:
✅ DJ INFO started: Now playing: DJ LAURA | Genre: Love Songs

ATTENTION: The DISPLAYS (3) are transparent. The supplied textures feature golden text on a transparent background and therefore perfectly suit any wall or the dance floor. You can adjust their size as desired.

The TIP JARS (4) have an elegant black frame. DJs can log into them if they have activated the same group as the TIP JAR.

Set up a DJ group for your club to prevent accidental use by others.
