Here is a cloth diaper with texture Hud, it will attach to your spine by default ( i suggest making a copy and edit the copy), add it to you to cover your baby while using the front carrier or attach it to your left shoulder when holding the baby in your arms. it may need to be edit to best suit you and your baby.
This was tested on Maitreya Body holding a newborn prim baby.
