Dew Me Furniture Terms Of Use

By Purchasing this package you have agreed to and are bound to the following terms.

All content from each package are not for individual resell/repackage. This includes Mesh objects, AO Maps, UV Maps, Textures and Scripts.

You CAN NOT:
1. Sell the mesh objects or textures individually.
2. Sell the objects as is, you must modify it.
3. Sell the object full permission. Permissions must be set to No Copy / Transfer or Copy/No Transfer, not both.
4. Give the objects or textures away to your friends, other half, family, customers or anyone else. You may use alts but business partners must buy their own set reason being business partnerships can end at any time.
5. Export the objects or textures to be used in any other grid.

You can:
1. Sell as a part of your own build.
2. Sell modified versions with permissions set to No Copy / Transfer or Copy/No Transfer.
3. Export the AO and UV Maps for creating your own textures.

Hunts:
You may include as part of a hunt item under the following conditions:
1. Permissions must be No Modify/Copy/No Transfer.
2. You must create your own textures.
3. You must modify by at least 25% such as adding furniture, decorations, and animations.

There are no exceptions to these terms period.

• Mesh Objects:

The Mesh objects are the objects you use in your own builds.

• AO Maps:

AO Maps are provided to aid in the creation of your own textures. These maps contain all of the shading information for each object/face. To use these maps you simply need to set the AO Map as the top layer in your texture editing program setting the layers blending mode to multiply and adjusting the opacity of the layer. To remove shading you can erase the parts you do not want.

• UV Maps:

UV Maps are provided to aid in the creation of your own textures. These maps simply contain an outline of the placement of faces on the object to aid in proper placement of your textures.

• Textures:

Textures are intended for examples of what a finished product may look like, you may use the texture set included , however for the best and most unique and custom results it is highly suggested and preferred that you create your own textures.

• Scripts:

Scripts are intended for demonstration purposes only. All scripts are as is, scripting knowledge is required to modify scripts for specific needs. Dew Me Furniture is not responsible for any errors due to incorrectly modified scripts. We do not provide scripting support, however if you contact McChris Flanagan he will be happy to provide you with where you can find scripting resources or where you can purchase the type of scripts you need.

Any violation to these terms can and will result in DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) filed against you and possible further action including prosecution up to the fullest extent of the law in your country.
