DMS Moored Ambiance Sound-Pack (Thunder)

Requires the DMS Moored Ambiance add-on for your TMS/Bandit vessel.

Add the romantic soundscape of a distant storm with thunder and lightnight to all of your DMS Moored Ambiance Systems.
The relaxing romantic encounter includes the effect of rain falling gently around your moored vessel.

This high quality 30 minute super pack was recorded from a sailboat on the ocean during a big thunderstorm that you can hear closing in, then fading into the distance. Put up the bimini, hoods, or tents, and cuddle close together during this romantic experience.

Installing a plugin soundpack
===================
When you buy a plug-in sound-pack from the in-world vendor in one of the shops there is nothing for you to install. All you need to do is re-rez your boat or simply click [Reload] in the DMS Moored Ambiance System menu. This reloads your configuration data from the website and will then enable you to load your new sound-packs using the [Sounds] button.. (pls read more about our website database and your privacy further down below.)

This means one sound-pack purchase works on all your systems in all your vessels.

If you bought the sound-pack from marketplace you get a little self deleting usb stick that registers the sound-pack to your account automatically when you wear it or rez it. Once this process has completed you can consider the stick unpacked and you can delete it safely if need be.

The DMS Moored Ambiance is connected to a server outside of SL that provides it with the lists of keys to play for each set.

This has the added benefit of keeping your vessel as light as possible for sim crossings.

YOUR PRIVACY MATTERS

Okay with the new privacy laws and all, i want to be very clear and open about what we do, with regards to your privacy, even though the data we store is trivial compared to what happens on the purchase in world, or from any vendor system, which stores way more important data that might actually be of interest to some third parties.

When you purchase *additional* ambient sound-scape packs we register those packs to our web-server outside of SL, to a database row, identified by your unique "avatar uuid", along with your avatar name. Your name is stored only so we can find your row easier in case of support issues. Your unique uuid identifies you and links you to your sound-pack purchases.

The Moored Ambiance system, *without* additional sound-packs, has no need for this information and does *not* store anything, but we would like you to know beforehand, that when you buy extra sound-packs, a new database row in our database must be created that is very necessary for our additional sound-packs to be played on all your DMS Moored Ambiance systems. Additional purchases are added to your row. Only one row exists per sound-pack(s) customer.

DMS will:
Never share the information in our database with third parties, unless forced by law.
Will do its very best to protect the database from intrusions from hackers or otherwise..
Delete your information row from our database on your request (but you will lose access to your sound-packs, without refund)

PRIVACY DISCLAIMER:
By buying our Moored Ambiance system or its sound-packs you declare that you understand and agree that Dolphin Marine Services will store the above data in our database.

REFUNDS:
In case you do not agree to us storing your personal avatar information you may notify of this fact and request removal of this data. We will then delete your data from our database which means you no longer have access to the sound-packs you purchased.
If you do this within 3 days after purchase you will get a full refund of the extra sound-scape packs you purchased..
Since the moored ambiance system itself does not need stored data to play the default Shore sound, and is copyable, it can not be refunded.
