Either it is off center or there is something very wrong with the alpha

There is a hole continually reappearing under the right arm. I have tried every shirt alpha that I have and have not been able to fix it. I have even tried modifying my body. Nothing seems to help. Too bad. I really like the looks of it in the ad.
