The build is modify and copy so you will be able to easily expand or reduce the size and replace textures.
Several mega- and sculpted prims were used to save prims.
Because there are 4 unlinked phantom prims (stairs + door), it is recommended to rezz the building while you are in edit mode.

Great space! Easy to mod
I love this building! I built my own shops in previous years but crunched for time I needed something that was similar to my last shop but bigger and could house my photography and clothing companies together. Its a rather large space (5'4" avi might have something to do with that) and the upstairs corner nook is perfect for the photography lab! it is easily modded which I have done to fit my needs and is an all around beautiful build! I recommend fully!

I'm just getting to the point where I can open up my own store and this place with a little work was PERFECT!! I needed a three floor store, two for items and the third as a work space. With less than an hour spent modding the building I had the third floor I needed. I love this!!

I love this building! The textures are beautiful, and it came with a bonus patio table/chairs that I wasn't expecting! Definitely remember to rez while in edit mode, helps a lot!
