This Building is ideal for an store, an art gallery, any commercial venue or even a home, or school,
There are many ways in which you can use this building.
The sole building is only 34 Land Impact (Li), and it comes with detachable extras,
Such as the outside suction cups to give the the building an ultra modern touch,
Lamps are as well detachable, use as many as you want or none of this extras,
This building was designed with the Land Impact concious in mind,
The total Land Impact of the building with extras is 61Li (prims),
The Shop itself without decor and extras is only 33,
If unlinked the suction cups are 27Li,
And 24Li the lamps, combine it as you wish :).
This Building fits a 32x32 Lot, 1024 M2,
