These are the Type I sculpted wheels, which consist of 2 prims (rim + tire). while most type I have type II variants (1 prim version) Type 1 is still unsurpassed for detail. This shows in the fine rim detail and even cut profile in the tires. Having the tire separately will also allow to add your own tire texture.
comes with 2 different rim/axle sizes to accommodate broader rear wheels without axles sticking out of the bike
