The building itself it good
I only bought this thinking the door would close... it doesn't incredibly mad lol
Great model as usual. Good to make man cave ;)

Great for what I needed
When I got this, I was hoping for something I could reshape as needed in order to fulfill the requirements for extra space without requiring too much of my land impact. Thankfully, this product has several different wall modules so you can unlink the ones you really like a lot and dot them around in multiple places, or turn them around as necessary so it's not just one big slab of textures. You can pick and choose what you like, which is of great appeal!
Only thing to be wary about is the roof. I don't mean the garage door part, I mean the actual roof. I tried stretching that out a bit to make it fit a larger area, but that single piece took up 45 land impact after stretching it to about ten meters (don't recall exacts since I didn't measure, but it wasn't much bigger than it already is). I think it's safe to say the roof itself is responsible for most of the land impact with this structure, because without it, I've been able to reduce it to 5 - 8 land impact depending on the pieces I'm using. So if you get this and you want to have it larger, consider removing the roof and putting something over the top instead, such as a prim with a texture or some such.
I give it five stars because of the awesome textures, the ability to mix and match as I please, the fact that it's mod/copy, and the incredible attention to detail. The roof thing isn't enough of a justification to reduce the rating, especially since the land impact was only a factor because I was resizing it.
